I've tried powerlifting, bodybuilding, and other types of training philosophies. However, I found that training like an athlete has given me the most benefits and the results I've been looking for. My physic is more impressive & well-rounded. I'm more flexible and strong in all ranges. I'm stronger, faster, and more powerful. Most importantly, I can carry the groceries in one go. Overall, if you're looking for a training philosophy that transfers to life and makes you a bad MF, train like an athlete. Do your Olympic lifts, squat deep, jump, sprint, carry, lunge, and hinge.
